Halloween 2011

I guess it's about time I put up our Halloween pictures, and I figured I should do it before adding all our Thanksgiving pics! So here was our Halloween this year as told in picture-form:

We carved pumpkins!

The Bat (Nathan's), The Longhorn (Dan's), The Cat (Natalie's), The Ghosts (Anna's), and The Happy Face (Tyler's)
At our ward's Halloween Party

Nathan was Batman this year and Tyler was a Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtle

Can you see what's missing from the table in front of Tyler?

Yep, he ate all that candy corn!!

Natalie chose to be a Blue Macaw bird this year for Halloween

Did I mention you can't buy a blue macaw costume?

It had to be made...

We owe Aunt Karin a huge THANK YOU for helping sew Natalie's wings and help with the overall costume - we couldn't have done it without her help!!!

And isn't Natalie just the most beautiful blue macaw ever?!

Like Father like son

On Halloween we got to visit Dan's work for a little trick-or-treating:

the kids love visiting his work!

Silly Face!

Hanging out waiting for Daddy to finish working...

fortunately they found things to keep them busy :)

Batman!

Our little Ninja Turtle!

Then it was time to go home and go trick-or-treating!

All set to go...

And they're off!

I stayed on the front porch and handed out candy...

It was a great Halloween! The kids got lots of yummy candy to their delight, we were able to go to all the fun activities, and I didn't have a baby on a holiday (I did NOT want a Halloween baby!) Our sweet Parker was so good and waited until the next day to join our family.

Happy Halloween 2011!

Batman, turtle, macaw blue are the best characters for some last years. Batman and the big turtle scares me. The blue bird is pretty. The punkins are very works of art. Halloween is great in the Eastman family.
