No one thought it was good -including me!
So if anyone knows any good recipes that call for "fish sauce" please pass them to me because I have no idea what to do with the bottle that's now in my fridge!
(and now you know why I rarely try new/exotic recipes!!!)

HAHA! It's a shame it didn't work out because Pad Thai is one of the yummiest creations ever! I wish I had a good recipe but in my mind, that's what Thai restaurants are for. We should go to one soon!

I think it was the fish sauce. I have never liked the taste of it. But keep trying, some thai food is really good. Granddady has a recipe but it is really spicy. It is so hot I cannot eat it. It is made with egg plant and cocanot milk.
