Nathan & Parker

Nathan asks to hold Parker any chance he gets.

Can you tell how excited he is?

Nathan has what we call the "special touch" with Parker - every single time Nathan holds him he fills his diaper. Which, of course, is hilarious!

The Birth

He's finally here!

Parker was born on November 1, 2011 at 9:05pm

8 lbs. 13 oz., 21 1/2 inches

The story of Parker's birth will come later. For now, here's some pictures from the hospital...

Waiting for his arrival

Cheers to having a baby!

Yes, I had an epidural - otherwise I would not be smiling!

Parker is born!!!!

He was posterior (face-up) and had the umbilical cord wrapped twice around his neck - not my easiest baby to push out!

Our big boy!

Look at those long skinny feet and toes, his hands are the same

This was my first time to hold him

Proud papa!

A very happy mommy :)

He's so strong! Already pushing up and raising his head

Telling family the good news

Another boy who looks just like his daddy

All the above pics are courtesy of Karin, my wonderful sister-in-law who was able to be there for the delivery and take pictures for us. Thank you Karin - you're the BEST!!!!

Getting startled by the camera flash

Welcome to our family, Parker

More pics to come!

First Bath

Dan was able to go with Parker to the nursery and get pictures of his first-ever bath! Here they are:

Getting ready...

Not so sure he likes getting a bath

But he did enjoy getting his hair cleaned!

That is one cute, clean baby!

At the Hospital

Day 2 at the Hospital:

Dan brought the kids over to meet their new baby brother

We only got a picture of Natalie holding him because it was time for Parker to eat and the kids to leave for school.

Later that day Dan and Tyler came to hang out with me and Parker

Later still, the kids came back for a little while

Can you tell they're excited to have a new brother?

Our four beautiful children :)

Day 3 at the Hospital:

Look at all that hair!

Our first family of 6 photo:

Then it was time to go home!

All bundled up in his new carseat, Parker is ready!

Nathan, Tyler, and Natalie - excited for our new family adventures!
